If you need support for your ResNet connection or if you have questions, please contact a ResNet Technician. ResNet Techs can be reached at 235-4065 or by stopping by the University Housing Office (209 Horace Mann). ResNet Techs make every attempt to return calls within 24 hours but due to heavy call volume, response may be slower during the beginning of each semester. Resident's understanding during these times is greatly appreciated. Please note that ResNet Technicians are only allowed to help with problems connecting to the PSU network. All other problems must be directed to an exterior support organization. Pittsburg has several computer repair shops that can help with installing network cards, fixing printers, cleaning viruses, etc. We also have a repair center here on campus, located in Whitesitt Hall, which can be found here Any support given in these areas is of a purely advisory nature. Neither University Housing nor Pittsburg State University accepts responsibility for any damage or loss in these situations.
